These subsidiaries operate as risk\u2011solutions companies and are leaders in the insurance brokerage industry, committed to serving clients in an innovative and transparent manner. Licensed subsidiaries include Cobbs Allen Capital, LLC (\u201cCAC Specialty\u201d), an industry\u2011leading specialty broker, and Cobbs Allen &amp; Hall, LLC (\u201cCAC Agency\u201d), which provides property and casualty, personal lines, and employee benefits brokerage services. Collectively, CAC Group and its subsidiaries and affiliates are referred to in this disclosure as \u201cwe\u201d or \u201cCAC.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pursuant to our licenses, we are authorized to advise clients regarding the benefits, terms, conditions, and pricing of insurance contracts, as well as to solicit, procure, and place insurance coverage. CAC operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of The Baldwin Group.<\/p>\n<p>CAC Specialty UK is a trading name of The Baldwin Group Specialty UK, Ltd, and has a business relationship with Servca Group Limited. Servca Group Limited is authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA Registration No. 596006).
